Mainly just tech people. It's one of my home tabs when I open Chrome so I look at it now and then, but I don't really use it much. I do still think it has potential to dethrone Facebook in the long run, but they really need to integrate it into more other Google properties todo that. Maybe that's why they've been messing around with their privacy policy lately...
