What I love is that in some of the court cases, Monsanto has claimed that they have never sued farmers for patent infringement when their field become cross pollinated with the frankenplants. They have been doing just that. There have been quite a few cases like this. Do they think that Judges and lawyers do not read other cases related to the issue at hand? Or they just don't give a shit since they have so much power.
