Unless the kid grabbed the gun and pulled the trigger himself, it is Zimmerman who fired the shot and therefore his fault that the kid is dead. Justified? There are hard facts (like recordings) that have been made public. Based on those, I cannot see a situation in which it is conceivable to say anything other than Zimmerman stalked him. Now, once he stalked him, it is possible that something went down at the point that the gun became involved and the kid died.
