I read it. It goes a long way to answer my original question. I wonder how many of those "I will NOT" are easy oaths to make because we have the luxury of not being put in any of those positions in the foreseeable future.
When it really comes down to it, I expect few to actually follow them if they think they are doing the right thing. Especially if they think they are doing the right thing.
