It does integrate using zune software, but you don't really need to... It auto saves every photo to Skydrive.
The original Focus has a memory slot but it's not one that insert and remove at will - it integrates into the OS. Also you can buy a small Bluetooth keyboard these days so you really could have any one you wanted.
