I am not sure either -- just summarizing the other side of the story. There
is one. I *will* say that I did personally see streaming video of a van,
apparently the same van, being banged on and almost rocked. I could
understand feeling threatened, even refusing to stop. I am not sure the
speed I saw was necessary though. Withholding judgement for now.
