Thanks Cameron.
I need a new machine more like yesterday than later. I live near 
COlorado Springs but I am getting the machine at Best Buy because they 
are having a huge sale. I think that I have parallels from an older Dell 
purchase I made many years ago, I'll have to go see. Also I have 
everything backed up to my external hdd so I think that as long as I 
just plug it in I can transfer my files. I don't have an iPhone right 
now, I have an HTC EVO which is awesome except for the shitty battery 
life. Anyway, I'll talk to a person at a MAC store and see what advice 
they have, and of course just play with the machine and learn about it.
