Indeed...  I know people who don't vote but they also don't bother to
make themselves knowledgeable about issues or candidates, so it's
probably better that they don't.  On the other hand, I also know a lot
of people who do vote and don't bother to make themselves
knowledgeable about issues or candidates and just rely on party
affiliations to make their decisions for them.  Frankly, I'd rather
they didn't vote either.  In an ideal world, they'd all be engaged and
care about what goes on around them, but there is a lot of apathy out
there.
