On a side note, this morning on the radio, I heard a report the State of NC is going to take money from a fund to maintain and repair buildings and use it to shore up the cost of healthcare due to a shortage of medicaid funds. Here in NC, the roads are going to pot. Have been for years. Why? because the state government continually raided the highway fund to pay for it's shortcomings in social programs. How are the roads in your state?
