My list would be this:

Neither knows what to do about the economy.
Neither has the spine to stand up and accept responsibility for their actions
Both are owned by special interests
Both have allowed their campaigns to spread spin and disinformation
about their opponent but to me, Romney's lies seem more egregious not
because of his political party because of the content of the ads.
Obama is closer to my views on some issues that are important to me -
gay marriage, women's rights, alternate energy
While Obama has failed to keep some of his promises regarding Medical
Marijuana, Romney has stated "I'm in favor of having the law not allow
legal marijuana". In my opinion, the "war on some drugs" needs to
end, and I refuse to vote for someone who is only going to increase
its scope.
