Comedian Matt Fisher's tumblr claiming Progressive paid a lawyer to defend his (Matt's) sister's killer (Matt's sister was insured by Progressive, had a gap policy against under insured drivers, she was killed in an auto accident by an underinsured driver who was established to be @ fault, Progressive wouldn't pay out, and Matt's family had to get a civil judgement against the other driver in order to force Progressive to pay.
