Two factor authentication, by definition, is 1) something you know
(password) and 2) something you have (cell phone).

Many corporate environments have the RSA keyfobs as the "something you
have".  I don't see google mailing those out, thought who knows, they
might. I suspect they could find additional ways to support the "something
you have", but a cell phone is clearly the easiest.

Do you not have a cell/text messaging at all?
