Since working in the field years ago, I stopped using that word a long time ago. It akin to calling a Pole a Pollack or a Jew a Kike. And its the equivalent of the so called N word. Its hateful demeaning and simply cruel. As far as I am concerned it marks the user as a complete asshole. Mind you given Coulter that is a good description.
