Anyone else host their fantasy football at Yahoo.com, and been getting their emails about their outage last weekend?
They explained the problem, apologized for it, said it wouldn't happen again, then offered a few discounts and whatnot to make up for it. All for a FREE service that we use. I've always gotten great customer service from Yahoo, even for shit they offer for free.
