Exactly Cam, this is prohibiting unions, nor free association, just making
it voluntary.

Everything in personal employment should be a voluntary agreement between
and individual and whoever they work for.  I have nothing against unions
per say, as I mentioned they have done some great things.  That being said
they have also done some horrible things, the cost of living increases
we've seen in this country can in large part be laid at their feet.

My Mom for instance is forced to be a union member in NY as she's a
teacher.  They do absolutely nothing for her anymore, and have actually
made it more difficult to get good teachers in and bad teachers out.
