This was a great article man. Interesting and relevant to lawyers in Trinidad as well. We have thousands being turned out every year, but in a small island with a relatively fixed (I think decreasing) population there are not enough firms to provide mentorship, or employment. And going on your own into a private practice isn't easy without connections. :-\
