The AZ law maker that proposed the bill that would make an abortion a felony in the case of rape backtracked, claiming she meant it to punish the rapist, not the woman...so basically if you rape someone or commit incest and force the woman to have an abortion, that would be tampering with evidence. She claimed she just missed the mistake when she proofread the bill...yeah right...I think it was more the public outcry that enabled her to see her "mistake"...smh
