"Arsenal" can be a relative term.

If you are driving to the front lines of a war with a bushmaster .223, a 12
gauge, and two hand guns....you're not really arriving with an
"arsenal"....your arriving with "supplies".

But if you are driving to an elementary school......i'd say that
constitutes an arsenal.
