Right,

I'm only running pop3 - i tried IMAP in the past and had a lot of probs with
it...
I was using outlook 2k at the time - and it seemed really clunky - wouldnt
update when new mail arrived etc

Have you any recomendations for a good IMAP server and client...

also I don't know if my ISP supports IMAP connections (I think not but...)
