According to our founding philosophy freedom of movement, the unfettered
ability to travel unmolested is an absolute right.  I'm of the opinion that
this should be extended to driving and even flying. No license needed and
only punishable after negligent action has already occurred.

Unless its during the visible comission of a crime or under a warrant from
a judge, the cops shouldn't be able to stop you much less question you. Not
even ask your name.
