I could never go through the coffee fast enough without it spoiling by the time I got down to the bottom of the costco bag. Nowadays, I order only 1 lb or smaller bags. Lasts me between a week or maybe 2. I keep it in a vacuum container. Usually the beans dont lose all their oily sheen before Im done.
We have a Keurig machine at work and while its very convenient, I dont really think the coffee is all that great. Its definitely better than the normal drip style, but not near as flavorful as my AeroPress can make it.
