I could never go through the coffee fast enough without it spoiling by the time
I got down to the bottom of the costco bag. Nowadays, I order only 1 lb or
smaller bags. Lasts me between a week or maybe 2. I keep it in a vacuum
container. Usually the beans don’t lose all their oily sheen before I’m done.

We have a Keurig machine at work and while it’s very convenient, I don’t really
think the coffee is all that great. It’s definitely better than the normal
drip style, but not near as flavorful as my AeroPress can make it.
