Larry, this is Fort Benning. It's a training post, which means that when
all the roads leading into and out of base, and all the roads on base are
solid ice, there's no reason for anyone to come to work who does not need
to. Now when I was at Fort Carson, CO, today would have been a regular work
day. At best we would not have had to come in until 9:00 AM.
