Good afternoon, my company has a need to have a flash-based video chat system built with some specific requirements and we're not having much luck with local firms. Anyone know of a decent company or individual that does decent Flash development? Any experience with Flash media server or Red5 to handle video streams would be preferred. Anywhere that Flash devs hang out that I should hit up? Thanks!
