Or they don't bring it up at all Rick. Boehner does the same thing Reid does...they control what bills come to the floor in their respective houses and Boehner has not let a lot of what has passed in the senate come to the house floor. The Senate just passed a bill tonight that would overturn Citizen's United. How much do you want to bet it never gets to a vote on the house floor?
