This heritage is a rich one that involved the exploration and settlement of
nearly a third of this continent.  It was also one of inclusion.

Very true, but just as a question:

Why would you want to have an "I'm white and I'm proud
day/parade/rally"?

It doesn't make much sense to me, but I never understood any of the
other ones either.

I like the standard, Get Drunk and watch the marching band.
