How backwards and repressive.

Pilots without arms should be accomodated just like any other disabled user.
The plane should either function via auditory input or else be accessible
through foot controls. 

Reasonable accomodations should be made available for blind pilots as well.

Of course pilots should have arms.

Without arms, how could they set the autopilot, which 
then flies the plane by itself??
