Beth, 

I can use Skinnerian conditioning and have a couple of lab rats do the exact
same set of behaviors. Its not all that difficult, just shape the behavior
to the end goal. Are those rat sentient? This is one of those cases where
the rule extraordinary claims require extraordinary proof. Alternative
explanations have to be ruled out for something like that.
