I have to agree Dre. At Schoollink our primary users are teachers and county administrators. Many of these people are on dial up connections, which is a major reason they don't want to upgrade. They are not necessarily in the know on computers or the internet. They have learned to use a specific browser, and they want to stick with it. We are starting to gently nudge them in that direction by making certain administrative functions ie 5, ns 6 or better only. It's a very slow transition though, and the counties have been very resistant to the change.
