Same thing happened to me. Three of us at the table and the things wouldn't
go away. First the meercat, then the baboon, then something else. It took
all my will to not stick a fork in it.

The real pisser was that it was pretty much the only open resturaunt in the
hotel. The only other option was the '50s style soda shop with obnoxious
music and children.

Do NOT eat at the buffet restaurant in the Swan then.

I have a long lived fear of clowns and things in costume.  I went to that
restaurant and when I told that weasel thing from the lion king (timon??) to
go away, it cried and got down on its knees and harassed me until I actually
felt guilty.
