"Wineskin" is kidney-shaped bag made out of leather 
("skin") which one fills with wine.

Has cord for carrying over shoulder, nozzle similar to 
water bottle (but instead of snapping shut has cap).

If skilled, can actually squirt wine into mouth without 
making huge mess. if not skilled, put nozzle right up to 
mouth.

Traditional way of carrying wine skiing or hiking in  
mountains.
