"making the sauce..." ?? Understand PF Chang's is a chain - there's one about 6 miles from me, never tried it yet. But we have so many good Oriental restaurants in the SF area :-). Have really been enjoying the new Yan Can restaurant, plus of course our favorite neighborhood Chinese place where we've been going for 18 years now :-)
Re "I always get" - have the same dilemna, do I get my "favorite" at a restaurant, or try something different?
