Yeah I agree there should be room for flexibility.  You can't be a
constitution fanatic.  That's just as bad as any kind of fanatic.  When the
laws you abide by defeats your common sense, you have to re-evaluate your
position.

I still think it is very important to note that soldiers cannot be
garrisoned in your home.  That was a major issue, and with these uncertain
times I could see it eventually becoming important again.
