For those of us who follow the list through the day at our workplace, yes it *can* be that big of a deal. Some bosses are uptight enough about providing employees with access to the Internet, then things like this come along and prove their wort fears correct.
Just as a suggestion, I've seen the acronym NSFW or NWF used before for links like this one NSFW = Not Safe For Workplace NWF = Not Workplace Friendly. I would ask that we remember these acronyms when sending links that might cause eyebrows to raise.
