There are no restrictions as far as I am aware, but in some areas there are
problems with local feelings - mainly the ones with high unemployment where
local people may have difficulty matching the prices paid by 'incomers'.
That tends to mainly be in the north of Wales though.

Try a search on google.co.uk, select search UK only and remember that in the
UK you need an Estate Agent not a realitor or whatever they are called over
there.
