And neither were you Bill.  Police generally wear stab jackets (not bullet
proof vests) in these instances.
Why he wasn't wearing one, why there were 3 guys in the building and not one
as was expected and why the attack took place some time after police and
immigrations entered the building, I'm sure will come to light in due
course.

Oh and you notice it was a _stabbing_ by suspected terrorists (who are all
alive and not shot to pieces) and not a mass shoot-out as it would
_probably_ have been in the US.
