You can, but it doesn't work in all browsers (just an IE thing I think) Just a suggestion, rather than using cellspacing and padding, use spacer gifs to hold your tables and rows in exactly the place you want them to be. Netscrape is still awful with actually doing what its told with spacing, widths and heights in tables and IE has its own idiosyncrasies too...
But agree with Kevin, much nicer design. Only thing I might try is to have a dark green border around the main content area and between the boxes, but use a white background around that. It might lighten the site up...... Just a thought... If it looks rubbish then just ignore me... Everyone else does... :o) > Can't I do it with CSS? make it stay put without repeating? I haven't gotten that far just yet. As far as the cell padding I am going to nest a table in each of those areas to give the text some room. > > -----Original Message----- > From: Kevin Graeme [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]] > Sent: Thursday, January 16, 2003 9:07 AM > To: CF-Community > Subject: RE: Ideas Needed > > > Looks more "manly".
