I'm guessing that it wouldn't be Gates so much as Ted Turner. After all, he
just left AOL/TW and is probably looking for something to tackle. Didn't he
recently buy the UN? NASA would probably be chump-change. He could then set
up a philanthropic nature-preserve on the moon.
