Tim, I recall reading an interview with Scott Ritter in which he talked about the biological/chemical weapons facilities that Iraq had. He mentioned that the types of things they were then capable of creating were not easily preserved and only had a shelf-life of only a couple years.
Any thoughts on how that plays into all of this? Iraq may very well _have_ had weapons, but there's a fair chance that they don't even exist anymore through no action or inaction on Saddam's part. That could put the evidence presented today in a different light. -Kevin > -----Original Message----- > From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]] > Sent: Wednesday, February 05, 2003 12:45 PM > To: CF-Community > Subject: RE: Secretary Powell's Presentation > > > They wouldn't have been afraid of the inspectors seeing anything > like that. > The things they would be afraid of being found would be portable or long > range missile systems or portable labs. > > Tim > > -----Original Message----- > From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]] > Sent: Wednesday, February 05, 2003 1:38 PM > To: CF-Community > Subject: Re: Secretary Powell's Presentation > > > "We have this modified vehicle.
