I looked through my notes on how I've handled this in the past.

The first thing to try is to physically separate the power and monitor cables from 
each other. Make sure they don't wrap around each other. And preferably don't touch at 
all.

Next, try plugging the power cables into to separate wall outlets. (You said you had 
already done this).

Next, check the refresh rates on both monitors in the hardware control panel. If 
possible, set them to the same rate.

Last, listen to Jim Davis and try the ferrite blocks. My notes for them show that you 
just fasten them together with a tie wrap, so installation is pretty easy. This in the 
end is what worked for a set of 4 I installed for a trade show booth.
