Another example of a bad movie with a good line... I don't remember the name but it stared Rutger Huer(sp). It took place in England in a very rainy future. Anyway, there was this rookie cop with him. They run into a monster who nearly kills the rookie. The next scene is in the police armory and the guy is just muttering to himself:
Need bigger guns.
