I cant remembe which Ben this is.  But if you have any kind of heart or
brain (whodoesnt!) problems, I'd check with your doc first.

Another huge help for back problems is strong stomach muscles.  Skip the
situps and do some yoga.

Thanks for mentioning the gravity boots, that might possibly help me.
However, my doctor says I'd really be helped by anti-gravity boots - i.e.,
losing enough weight to take a load off my feet (and back).
One thing that helps me a lot is the hot tub - the bouyancy, warmth, and
massage help loosen the muscles, especially good to stretch afterwards.
