Well it reminds me of an issue like this I saw once in tech support. I
could see the site just fine, but the customer insisted he could not. I
wound up escalating the issue to the owner, who did the hands on server
stuff, primarily because I knew the client in question was not given to
hallucinations -- he was one of our resellers and I dealt with him a lot. 
Turned out he was right and there was a configuration issue, but I don't
remember the details as it just got crossed off my list of things to worry
about.

These people of course don't know me -- I am a brand new account -- but
that doesn't mean I am not at a standstill. I normally get a lot of my work
done on weekends. I will give them this, they are answering the emails in
1-2 hours which is pretty durn good, except that the emails all say, your
site looks normal from here. If it was a matter of router tables somewhere
wouldn't some people be able to see it?
