Personally I preferred the original font. By the way I just noticed the
inc.com...I would leave off the .com myself as it makes be wonder about the
space before the inc and it's a needless distraction. I think most people
would gather that you are probably .com if you are online.

On the image, the gear is a more explicit reference to machinery, and is
perhaps better. If that's an exclamation mark on top of it I wiould make it
longer. 

The original made me think of some sort of blueprint for a 19th-century
device, a web design engine maybe? It seemed like an interesting conceit.
This one is more modern, but I don't like the script and frankly it seems
like a little too much orange. Maybe because the letters are thicker?
