I think this poor kid is going to have such a complex. Some of the names I've seen suggested: Neo, Max (As is MX), Maximus Xavier Forta (again, as in MX) ... Thank God we're not in charge of naming this child!
But if you want the initials UDF, I'd suggest Uziel Dovid Forta, a nice (relatively normal) Jewish name. Or Uri Dovid Forta.
