Buddy of mine did the same thing but he wasn't just playing around, he
actually set it up to catch her after she had been denying it. He needed
proof. He taped a few calls for a few weeks and finally got a
conversation that was worth something. She came home, he asked her once
again about cheating, she read him the riot act about how he didn't
trust her etc. Then he pushed the play button. I wish I could have seen
the look on her face.

He didn't use it in court. They just pretty much decided then to go see
a lawyer about custody of their 5 year daughter and split everything up
themselves.

dunno how he is going to work things out.  Right now I think he is
getting in touch with the other guy and letting him know what the deal
is.  Turns out, dude's a married man

  You serious?

Well...I guess it was for 'illegal' use.

  Sorry to hear that though..:-\

And check a lawyer before attempting to use that as evidence in
divorce
court if that's where this is heading.
