Subject: Need advice on two things

I was wanting to know of good resources for learning Active Directory on
Win2K. Any books or sites out there I should grab? I'm looking for help
with the more advanced admin features.

The 2nd is one that a lot of you have dealt with. I have a dangerous
combination in the house. A 13 year-old boy and broadband. Justin is
very trustworthy but you know how teens are. Sometimes curiosity takes
over. Are there any methods or software you would suggest that would
monitor what he does online? I don't really want to spy on him, just
check up on his activity every now and then.
