You know, when I start a job writing shopping carts or web services
interfaces or the like.  I sign this draconian NDA promising I won't do
work for any other widget companies for 18 months or something like that.

Now, you have this guy who built the XBox from vaporware on up who can
jump from his position leading that wing to immediately running what may
be a major competitor... how does he get away with it?  :)
