diabetes. The upshot was that the Adkins diet was dangerous, and not for
everyone.. Faster weight loss would be to reduce the fat intake, and of course
exercise. They all say walking is the best exercise of all.
Refined sugars of course should be eliminated completely or taken in moderation.
(just one krispy kreme, not the whole box) Keep plenty of fiber in the diet to
keep yourself cleaned out. Whole grains, (aha! they contain carbs!) are the
best for the combination of fiber, B-Complex vitamins, and complex carbs.
Oatmeal with apples and cinnamon, sweetened with estevia. for breakfast several
times a week.
