No, that is the way it works by default.  I've used rules before to move
everything to one mailbox, but that was kind of kludgy since the new mail
notification icon won't go away until you click on the originating account.

I'm really liking Outlook 2003 now.  I wish it were a little faster
displaying emails and I wish the junk filter was little better (i.e
Thunderbird).  Oh, and the biggest deal is that I can send out on smtp
accounts even though I have an exchange server configured.  That used to
really peeve me about Outlook 2000.
