Super Shuttles which you can take from either Dulles or BWI. I'm not sure of
the costs, but you can try them online (they are the blue shuttles).

Well, I wasn't planning on renting a car so that's why I asked which
would be the best. On the CFUN site they only take about getting to the
Hotel from Reagan National on the metro rail.
